I won't walk in with all the answers. My job is to help you see your situation clearly and reach your own conclusions, because those are the decisions that stick.

At the beginning of the business coaching process we will discuss your unique business goals and challenges, and what your vision is for moving forward. I'll then create a tailored coaching plan to help you to succeed. You choose whether you want an approach that is structured with a high level of accountability, or less structured where we explore the challenges of the day each session.

Throughout the coaching process, I'll provide you with personalised guidance to help you develop practical strategies for personal and business growth with measurable outcomes we can review.

  • 4 x 1.5-hour face-to-face sessions or 6 x 1-hour sessions online

  • Email check-ins on alternate weeks

  • Progress tracked using a traffic light system

  • Optional upgrade: Pay upfront and receive a bonus 2-hour deep dive session
