I grew up on a farm near Booleroo Centre, a fantastic small country town with a population of around 280 people located 300 kilometres north of Adelaide. Moving to the city after school later led me to co-founding a recruitment agency with my husband, working closely with clients in the property sector.  As CEO for many years I lived the day to day challenge of managing staff, building client relationships and juggling the demands of running a successful business. 

As an experienced board director I’ve worked with organisations of all sizes, across the private and not-for-profit sectors, navigating complex governance and risk issues with a strong focus on commercial success and positive customer outcomes. 

After selling a majority share in Edge Recruitment in 2023 and working through a careful transition to the new owners, I took a 12 month sabbatical to travel and reset.  I now use my experience to work with business owners, boards and decision-makers to tackle challenges, set goals and help position their businesses for success. 

With a love of regional Australia, I have a particular interest in working with individuals and boards in agricultural and regional settings, in addition to working with broader based urban businesses.
